The Mod WOD for the day was 800m-4 min rest- 800m time 11:45
1st 400m = 1:31 2:00 rest 2nd 400m = 1:40 2:00 rest 3rd 400m = 1:49 2:00 rest 4th 400m = 1:44 total = 12:44 No Puke?!
Used the poles at North Park. About 1/10 to each so we ran 2 each time. Jeremy=9:52 Roy=10:06 Nut=10:38
Yeah Roy…..I don’t think that was quite .25 of a mile after seeing the other post. Oh well, it still sucked!!
rd 1 = 2:29 rd 2 = 2:21 rd 3 = 2:18 rd 5 = 2:14 total = 9:22
total iwith the rest: 13 flat,,it sucked
