    Did air squats and push-ups 3×10 of each, as a warm-up.

    *175 is my new PR by 10 lbs.
    I will probably pay for it tomorrow but could not resist following this w/ 5×1 weighted pull-ups, it just felt right.
    50-55-60-65-70
    *70 is new PR by 5 lbs.

    Then my ignorant ass followed it up with a 5k, 24 minutes. So far 175 is my best but if I had Stines there to beat I am sure I could do better.
