Wasn’t feeling another CFT today so I helped Shea add 35# to her total (way to go!) and then made up the CrossFit Games DL/burpee WOD. I’m going to try to get the clean and jerks in tonight.
Is that Carrie in that picture? Carrie from AE? Looks like it, but I can’t really tell. If so, we have GOT to get together for a work out soon.

Yeah, Kelly is one of my top 3 hardest so far. You really, really want to stop after 3 rounds. Good job finishing.

Trying to talk your legs into running after the jumps and wall ball is ridiculous.
