30 Muscle-ups for time

    Went to see “The Incredible Hulk” and that motivated me to do muscle-ups at 10pm. (?)
    6:16 with the 2 every 20 sec. technique!
    Thats a PR on time but not satisfied with the performance. I could only turn out at the bottom till about 20.

    Good job on you muscle ups! I rememer last summer watching you practice them, trying over and over to get more than 1 consecutively, and wishing you would stop talking about crossfit! That was beore my first drink of the kool-aid!
