Row 1000 meters
85 pound Thruster, 21 reps
15 Pull-ups


Row 750 meters
85 pound Thruster, 18 reps
12 Pull-ups


Row 500 meters
85 pound Thruster, 15 reps
9 Pull-ups


Rest 2 minutes between each round. Time each round separately and post times to comments.

    Sub 45# SDHP’s (Sumo Deadlift High Pull) for row.
    1k = 100 SDHP’s
    750m = 75 SDHP’s
    500m = 50 SDHP’s

    Jennie that is a good idea. I just did this one a couple of hours ago and just finished recooperating. I subbed the rows w/ SDHP’s and now I wish I had a rower.

    I had to scale the weight on the Thrusters to 75 lbs. and a few jumping pullups…

    We did 95# Thrusters instead of 85#…
    (Times were rounded off b/c of multiple people using the same timer)
    Rnd 1: 8:30 (messed up and did 21 pull-ups)
    Rnd 2: 9:30
    Rnd 3: 7:30
    Total time including the breaks: 29:28
    Rowing in the 98 degree heat and Alabama humidity adds a whole new level to this WOD!
