    Stayed in Cheyenne, WY last night. If anyone wants to try a WOD that excersizes your sanity try this:
    3 kids under the age of 5
    2 dogs (both on crack)
    1 Mother-in-law
    3 vehicles (2 of them diesel that get 10 MPG)
    Drive across country for time. 321…I’m broke and insane.
    Having crossfit withdrawals and can’t wait to get started again. New gym looks great!

    That’s so funny! I know how you feel-I am having withdrawals, too! I started a new job & I haven’t been able to do much this week! Hoping to do a WOD today.

    Went for the group WOD at noon. We did 3 rounds of:
    400 meter runs
    25 push ups*
    25 squats
    *last 32 push ups on my knees
    11:48
    I hope to see you all next Saturday at noon! It’s fun and free!

    Did 30 min on the elliptical, then did what the group did:
    400 meter run (distance not exact, but pretty close-I think)
    25 girly push-ups
    25 squats
    (9:37)
    Hopefully, I can come to the new gym next Saturday!

    I did fight gone bad. My brother got his gym finished finally and he hasn t had the pleasure of fight. It was awesome NOT!!!!
