30 Muscle-ups for time

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

    32:30 Rx’d I believe that was my final time. This is the first time I was able to do it prescribed. My wrists are all tore up and minus more than a few layers of skin…….. Sweet!!!
