FIGHT GONE BAD III

Posted: September 26, 2008 in Uncategorized

Tomorrow, Saturday, September, 27th, CrossFit Jackson will be hosting Fight Gone Bad III, an annual fundraiser workout that every CrossFit affiliate nation-wide will be doing.  100% of the proceeds will go to Athlete's For a Cure, a prostate cancer foundation, and the Wounded Warrior Project, which benefits soldiers returning from war with life altering injuries such as amputations.  It can be just another workout or be done in honor of a soldier or someone battling prostate cancer.  We don't care, we just want you to be there.  The workout is scalable to each individuals ability so please don't be afraid to come out and support this great cause, you'll be glad you did.  3 CrossFit certified trainers will be on site to instruct the moves and assist with the workout.

Good luck to everyone!! Wish I could be there to help. The challenge was extended and I had to decline. Jayson I bow to your superiority this time but I have no team and I have to work all night and the night after(sounds like excuses) or I would definitley be there to defend my good name. Glad the crossfit jackson community is growing so well.

We are no longer working in teams so don’t let the fact that you don’t have a team keep you from coming. I do realize the need to work though and how that may be more important than CrossFit…sometimes! You do realize it is only 17 minutes, right?! :)

  3. Roy says:

Its not the working its the necessity for quality rest that would be the problem

I wish I didn’t have to work! Dang surgeons!
