Everyone did an outstanding job today during Fight Gone Bad! Our winners in each category took home a t-shirt and their names and scores will go on a plaque on the wall at CrossFit Jackson. Thanks to everyone that participated and donated to Athlete’s For a Cure and the Wounded Warrior Project on behalf of our affiliate.
Didn’t get a chance to do it Saturday during the grand opening so I decided to do it Monday on a scheduled rest day. Posted a total of 210 at Rx’d weights. Dang tough too….
Fight gone bad, posted 195 with rx’d weight. Thought i was going to lose it, but am looking forward to more punishment.
Dang, y’all did really good for your first time with FGB! That’s a tough one. I will be looking to beat you both when I make it up this week! Well, atleast beat 195…
