Today is the first day I have ever done true push jerks with weight. I have always done split jerks because they are so much easier. I decided today, sick or not, I was going to do what I suck at. My split pr is 105 and I could only get up 95# today doing traditional push jerks.

Kipping pull-ups done between all sets of practice work.
I got another ring dip today, but I can’t get more than 1.

Did 30 jumping pull-ups before the push jerks. Afterwards hung from the bar for a little and worked on the kipping movement.
