  1. Today is the first day I have ever done true push jerks with weight. I have always done split jerks because they are so much easier. I decided today, sick or not, I was going to do what I suck at. My split pr is 105 and I could only get up 95# today doing traditional push jerks.
    65×5
    75×5
    85×5
    95×3 (wobbly on 3rd rep)
    Finished with some PJ form work and other skill work.
    4 sets of 65#x5 reps PJ
    4 sets of 45#x5 reps PJ
    3 sets of 45#x3 reps over head squat
    Kipping pull-ups done between all sets of practice work.
    I got another ring dip today, but I can’t get more than 1.

    Completed all of my 45′s and 65′s, about a third of my 75′s and none of the 85′s. :) :(
    Did 30 jumping pull-ups before the push jerks. Afterwards hung from the bar for a little and worked on the kipping movement.

    tried 175 and failed so I did another rouund of 155 X 5
