Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

    Been missing you man!
    Is your family a baby bigger yet? If you talk to Spence tell him I said hey. Last I heard he was going on a 4 day hunting trip with nothing but a rifle, some water and a compass. He’s been watching “Survivorman” again.

    5 Thrusters, 7 HPC, and 7 SDHP completed on 5th round.
    First round started with 45#, then ended up switching to a lighter bar ( I think the weight was 35#, not sure.)
    I can’t wait until next time, maybe I will have my form down better and won’t have to stop as much to think about it.
