Only made 2 sprints before my whole right leg cramped up from my butt all the way to my toes. I had to lay on the ground and cry for about 5 minutes. Anyway, my first 2 splits:

That was the first time I’ve done this outside instead of on a treadmill. My treadmill pr was around 1:45. I can’t seem to locate that info right now, but I know the 1:29 is a definite new pr.

Gotta love those running days!
1:30 for all 4 on treadmill at 10 mph ended up gradually increasing the incline last round was at 2%.
