    Ok, Ok, Ok, so I cheated a little on the 200m overhead carry!!! I should have gotten a 25lb bumper weight instead of a dang kettle bell. That thing was awkward to carry overhead!!!

    Just wanted to add that this workout was really fun! While, I’m a little shaky in the buttocks right now, I really enjoyed those walking lunges! We looked like a bunch of night crawlers creeping down Conalco Dr. Ha!
