5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

    Did 1/2 Cindy as a nice little christmas present for myself before going to eat french toast for supper!
    10 rounds in 9:58
    All pull-ups kipping, all push-ups strict, all squats deep.
    Oct 18 was 8 rounds +5+5 in 10 minutes not rx’d so good improvement.
