We are starting the next skill challenge today. In an effort to strengthen our weaknesses and improve our performance, we will be doing 50 reps of double unders a day for the remainder of January. If you suck at something else and you want to pick that, go for it! Just pick something and work hard on it. Burpees are designated for February so unless you want to do them everyday for 2 months straight, don't pick them for January. I look forward to your progress!





So maybe I more than just suck at double unders, I REALLY suck at them. I got to 25 after several minutes of slapping myself with the rope. I cant wait to see improvement.
