I discovered that I have some flexibility issues in my shoulderes still that are making it difficult to lock out my arms and maintain active shoulder. Something else to work on i guess.

I could have done the 70, but when I lowered the bar back down to my shoulders on the 1st set of 65′s, my right shoulder popped. It’s fine now, but the brief twinges knocked my focus. Dangit.
I did 65 10x as a warm up…
95-115-135-165(x2)I failed on the way up on the 3rd rep and dumped it. After a re-rack I did one more to complete set. Ended with 135# 4 times with strict form.
165 is my bodyweight and a PR!!

Abs and shoulders are going to be screaming at me tomorrow.

first time with heavy OHS. Warmed up with 45# for a couple of sets. practiced 65# snatch balance afterwards.
My first time trying these as well, and dang they are tough.
