I made up Mr. Joshua today 5 rounds for time: 400 meter runs 30 ad mat sit ups 15 95# deadlifts 23:45 My arms are still shaking after this one.
Mr. Joshua- 5 rounds 24:07 Ran 1st round, rowed last 4 rounds. I’ve never rowed in a wod before. Interesting. Used the ab-mat and anchored my situps. 95lb. deadlifts. I made up alot of time on my deadlifts, they were fun to blast through.
Finally feeling well enough to get a workout in. Made up the lunge/burpee WOD. Results there.
Did a 5K today. Ended up being around 28:30 with traffic stops
