Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55# dumbbell swing/35# rx'd for women)
12 Pull-ups

    thanks! what can i say, i have been trained well. (and jennie kept whacking me with the pvc telling me to hurry up!) For real, anyone who hasn’t experienced a 5:30 am class, you should really try it! I’m not a morning person either!
