what’s a good sub for the hspu? push press?

  6. Jennie says:

I think PP is a great sub, but it doesn’t teach you how to be upside down, only to push weight. “The” sub is piked push-ups or feet elevated push-ups. The more upside-down you are, the better.

Ran a mile at Malesus (including lot) in 9:03. Even being my first and only lap, it was harder than the day before. Ribs and armpit area were hurting the whole way through.
