    did on 1/3/10
    scaled down to prevent injury. back from the holidays and the rest period.
    40 pullups-jumping(tried to do kipping but didnt work on the smith machine i was using.)
    40 pushups-20 were real!!! 20 were on knees (last 5 were difficult!)
    50 situps (did 30/20)
    50 squats (did 25/25)
