    did 1/19/10
    135#
    145# (can tell form broke slightly bc back arched a bit)
    155# (form slightly broke)
    165# (form slightly broke)
    170#x1, 170#x1, 170#x1 (set the bar down completely b/w lifts) back bowed significantly the 2nd and 3rd lift.
    **goal for next time is to get all 170# lifts w/o setting bar down**

    These are not maximum efforts yet because I’m still building my strength back up. Plus I’m sore as hell from the previous 2 wods.

    On the 19th…
    Ran 10k on Pinson Mound trails with 15# backpack.
