    Cleans all looked and felt good, strong, easier…jerks where weak and unsteady at the top
    Finished with some dip and hanging K2E practice.
    6 sets of 5 70# bar dips (shoulders very tight from burpee pull-ups 3 days ago)
    2 sets of 5 real K2E’s

    **jennie noticed i wasnt opening hips up at top, therefore, lost any power for the move. i could feel my arms getting fatigued. this is not supposed to happen. need to practice these muchly…**
