A new twist to CrossFit Total…

Bench press, 1 rep
Overhead squat, 1 rep

Clean is from the ground, power or squat.

    95 PC/115 FSC/no attempt
    95/105/110 BP
    55/65/75F(shoulder fatigue, arm buckled)
    Total:290
    Did lots of cleans yesterday, already sore, should be able to do more next time…maybe.

    Could have cleaned more but my hands are trashed from 150 pullups yesterday.

    did on 1/26/10
    cleans: 95#/100#(F 4xs b4 got good lift. i was chicken)/105# (good lift, landed w wide feet)
    bench press: 95#/110#F/105#F/100# (rght arm F and jennie had to help that side)
    OH squat: 55#/65#/75# (pretty sure i coulda inc the wgt to 85#)

    CF Endurance from 1/25
    Bike: 5 x 2k holding fastest possible pace without slowing more then 5 sec per fastest 2k. 90 second recoveries
    Only did 3 rounds due to time, but maintained within 5 seconds of fastest 2k (1.25 miles)
    Biked on manual, level 8
    5:09/5:11/5:10
    Obviously could have finished much faster on lower level.
    Finished with 3×30 handstand holds.
