10 minutes Handstand push-ups
5 minutes Squats
2 minutes Pull-ups
1 minute Push-ups

    Well, I can’t do handstand push-ups so I decided to sub handstand holds, total time inverted within the 10 minute window.
    I don’t have the exact times with me, but 2-3 minutes total was all I got. There were several kick ups and attempts at holds and even 2 crashes that had me laughing so hard I couldn’t kick up again. I’ll post exact time later.
    Squats, 5 minutes, 147 reps
    Pull-ups, 2 minutes, 25 reps
    Push-ups, 1 minute, 23 reps
    195 reps plus handstand holds.

    HSPU: 78 (I was shooting for 10 a min. but got smoked)
    Squats: 153
    Pull-ups: 38 (outside, my bar was freezing, grip sucked, blah blah blah, whine)
    Push-ups: 34
    total: 303
