All snatches were unbroken and relatively easy.
Started getting VERY fatigued in the shoulders on snatch balance and OHS. I think due to the wider snatch grip. I don’t grip as wide for power snatches. I was smoked, but not winded hardly at all.

snatches were done w good form and felt good. now, the snatch balance was a different story. didnt have proper form, was dipping WAY to deep, didnt have sync motion…all of which lead to severe shoulder fatigue. OHS were ok, legs were pretty tired fo sho! Jennie did coach me the last 3 rnds so she was able to correct alot of the problems w snatch balances.
