    Sat, Feb 20, AR training
    Ran 3.3 miles all on trails. First 2.2 miles were done wearing a 13# pack. Took about 35 minutes.
    Took about 5 minutes rest after run and biked 2 laps for 2.2 miles. Don’t remember that time.
    Right knee is swollen, hips are aching and 2 toenails are falling off. I really hope we finish in the top 5!

    Rowed 5K

    Maintained steady, easy pace (avg. 2:22.5) until last 200 meters (kept it under 2:00.0) which made overall pace 2:19.8. No rest, only 1 sprint.

    Done 3/8 @ 5:30AM
    Incline at 1.0, walked 14 minutes, talking, got to 0.8 miles, I think. Started running 5 minutes on @ 7.1, 1 minute off. Finished 3.1 miles in 35 total minutes.
