    50′s: squats broken (25/25), strict pushups, pullups broken (10 @90#/40 @ 100#), grnd situps
    75′s: squats broken (25/25/25), pushups on knees, pullups @100#, grnd situps broken (9/41/25)
    was pretty tired after
