**This is very easy to do at home, just sub regular sit-ups for the GHD sit-ups and supermans for the back extensions.**

Anchored, no mat on round 3
Feet together crunches on round 5
Back extensions all on chair thing, unbroken on rounds 1, 2, 5. Rounds 2 and 4 broken 15/10.
20 pull-ups, broken, then on to 3x SP, results there.

all unbroken.
