135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
15 push-ups

    i was decided to lower the reps to 10 instead of 15 for time purposes.
    1-7 rnds DL did 115#…broken reps
    PUSHUPS mostly unbroken push ups all strict
    8-10 rnds DL did 105# DL…broken reps(dropped wgt cuz form was breaking down severely & wanted to avoid injury…even the last 2 rnds back broke down significantly)
    PUSHUPS broken to 5/5 all strict(last 2 rnds arms were getting pretty fatigued)
    this one was pretty challenging. wonder if back is gonna be super fatigued tomorrow… ;)

    I got 11:20 as Rxd. Next time Im going for sub 10. It was a lot harder than it looked.
