Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 Back extensions
15 Knees to elbows
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

Post rounds and fractions of rounds completed to comments.

    BE’s done across flat bench with feet tucked under a higher bench.
    K2E’s done laying on floor.
    Subbed air squats for OHS due to unexplained shoulder injury/pain.
    Completed 10 rounds with 6 seconds to spare.

    5 full rnds plus 15/15/14
    BE done off incline machine thingy at gym (mostly unbroken)
    K2E done on floor (mostly unbroken; if did break it was bc i had gas)
    45# bar overhead squats (def broken…8/7s and 5/5/5…really worked hard for form)
