15 burpees
25 24" box jumps
25 pull-ups/ring rows
50 wall ball shots
50 kettlebell swings
100 walking lunge steps
400 meter run w/ 45# weight

On June 11, 2010, SGT Israel “Izzy” O’Bryan from Newbern was killed while serving in Jalula, Iraq. He was 24 years old and leaves behind his wife and 1 year old son Turner. A Scholarship Fund for Izzy’s son has been set up…you can donate here.

    20:33…hope I got the seconds right.
    Only did 50 walking lunges and Jennie had mercy on me and had me skip the wall ball shots. My legs were still sore from the workout two days ago. Wasn’t too happy with my KBs(weak)…legs were killing me. Had those scaled to 25 but ended up doing 31. Did “run” with a 25 pound weight. My legs were jello…again.

    *hspu: did all on knees off back of tailgate
    *burpees: all kick backs/forth…not strict pushup form (belly flops!) 8/7 break down
    *box jumps: 24in box (sooo excited abt this accomplishment!!!) all 25…went back and forth with Joe
    *pulls/ring rows: did rows bc i stink at these and need to develop. all on heels (none w butt on ground :) ) did 1-3 at a time. several were not even all the chest to ring but good for me
    *wall balls: 15# sets of 10 at a time
    *kb: 35# (will never to back to 30# again!)
    *walking lunges: sets of 10…walked back to starting place to stretch legs out between sets…REALLY helped!
    *400m wgted run: 22# kb…im a sissy…shoulda used the 25# wgt. but did run most of the way so pretty happy!
