    All kick outs and kick ins and jump’n claps, but I noticed my jumps were insignificant by the last 20 reps.

    I’m starting to think I didn’t do this right. I jumped out on my toes and jumped back in and then jumped up. Pitful jump ups near the end. And my legs were shaking. Was I suppose to do a pushup in there?

    There is a belly flop/push yourself up any way you can between the kick out and kick in. It is supposed to be a push-up but it isn’t a strict form push-up we normally shoot for.
    Good job though…soo proud of you for doing it without us!

    Thanks Jennie…I did about 10 that i went all the way down on my belly. I was about done when I remembered that I was suppose to have a belly flop in there. But I was almost done. Sorry but I wasn’t redoing about 80 burpees. I’ll make sure and do them correctly next time. It still was tough!

    Went all the way out there to Malesus like a dummy thinking “Aww, ain’t nuthin’ but a little rain.” :)
    Did my own workout (didn’t see the website til today) and would like someone to help me name it:
    Four rounds for time of:
    5 DLs at 225
    10 burpees
    15 pull ups (any style)
    20 Double unders or substitution.
