Group Park WOD: “10 years”

2 rounds of:

10 Deadlifts (185/135)

10 Burpees (jump laterally over bar)

2 rounds of:

100 feet overhead walking lunges

10 Wall balls (20/15)

    good form
    good burpees
    walking lunges were the death of me. arms fatigued early and all thru the 1st rnd. 2nd rnd my legs were done.
    **note: this was done abt 14hrs from my wod the day b4 (sdup/sits/pulls) where i completed all big girl pushups.**
    **been zoning well the last two days.**

    only one round of weighted walking lunges and wall balls. I’ll be glad when walking lunges don’t make me want to faint!! I always feel like I’m going to pass out. Tunnel Vision bad!!
