    Ran a warm up mile with the kids in 12 minutes with the wheel to measure off the exact mile.
    Ran 1 mile in 8:37, rested 3 minutes, ran 1 mile in 8:53, rested 3 minutes, started my last mile and my toenails were hurting too bad. Drove home, fed kids, rowed last mile (1600 meters actually) in 7:45. Required a total of 48 push-ups, which I didn’t do until the next day.
