    Did 20# medicine ball C&J to attempt to rehab or at least not cause further injury to the shoulder.

    98 degrees outside today.
    I used a 24″ box to get a little more inverted on my ring rows. Everything else was as rx’d…

    Did 20# medicine ball C&J for 2 rounds then 25 pound bar on last round. Of course did piked butt push-ups.
