Start at finish with an 800 meter run.

Do 30 reps of the following exercises in any order:

Overhead squat (65/45), KB swing (35), Wall ball (20/15), ring rows, Sumo DL highpull (35), Push press (65/45), Double unders, Sit-ups

Post loads and time to comments.
