100 meter Sprint
Rest 90 seconds

    Decided to row it since it started raining during my wod time.

    Could NOT get under 21 seconds! I have a feeling I’m going to be super sore from this.

    Well I didn’t write all my times down…but it looked something like this
    19/20/22/24/23/22/22/24/22/24
    I know that I had 19 for the first one. And 21s to 24s in there as well. I felt great after the first 2 rounds…after that, my legs started feeling like they would collapse. I’m just proud that I finished all 10 rounds. Last time I did 4 and thought I was going to die. This time I did all 10 and had a pretty quick recovery!!

    I know people at the park would think I sandbagged this workout. Believe me and my two sore lungs I didn’t!

    At least I’m consistent. I just couldn’t find 4th gear yesterday.
