Since I had been working on deadlifts quite a lot lately I decided to use my new kettlebell (Thanks, Jenny!!) and do the following murderous workout to honor Marine Corps Sgt. Michael C. Roy–
    “Turkish Assassin”
5 rounds of the following using a 55# KB–
    1 Turkish get-up left side
    1Turkish get-up right side
    4 thrusters left side
    4 thrusters right side
    10 KB swings.
Completed 5 rounds in a dismal 20:13. 55# is more than I thought it was. I had one failed turkish get-up but all else went smooth as far as form.
