25 24″ box jumps
25 pull-ups/ring rows
50 wall ball shots
50 kettlebell swings
100 walking lunge steps
400 meter run w/ 45# weight

    Handstand push-ups on tail gate of a truck. 24 box jumps and 1 step up. 7 wb with 20# ball and 43 with 15#. 50 kb swings with 35#. 400 m run…walked mostly with 25# weight. I couldn’t get a good grip on the weight. Last 100m jogged with it over my head. I’ve got to start zoning again. I’ve been eating too much junk. Not good!

    Handstand pushups I did standing as vertical as posible. Box jumps I stepped instead of jumping(still favoring left knee). Used 20# wall ball for 40 reps used a 15# for last 10. 35#KB for swings. Used 25# weight for run(jogged all but about 50ft). Looking forward to this coming back up, I want to add weight and trim some time. I have been eatting well this week and most of last week.
