Four rounds, each for time of:
800 meter run

Rest 3 minutes between efforts!

      I’m with Nick. I hate running!! It hurts my knee, it made me lose a toe nail…however, I do have to say…my legs are starting to look better from all the running. I’m not looking forward to this WOD though!

    400m Sprint(ish)

    Warmed up with PT streching/flexing and 400m run/walk and 10 pull ups x2. Ended WOD with PT strech/flex. Ran out of gas fast with these, glad I only had to do 400m.

    Resulted in legs, back and hip throbbing, burning, tingly feeling. Had to stop.
    Found little to no relief last night, hurts worse this morning…
