Since everyone skipped Saturday, I’ll let you enjoy Nutts today!

Nutts

For time:
10 Handstand push-ups
250 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
25 Box jumps, 30 inch box
50 Pull-ups
100 Wallball shots, 20 pounds, 10′
200 Double-unders
Run 400 meters with a 45lb plate

    I couldn’t do this one in the little weight room. I did 15 min AMRAP:
    15 squats (15 lbs)
    10 burpees
    10 sit-ups

    8 full rounds

    25# 400m run/walk (the plate bounced on every bone in my back & shoulders, very cumbersome, should’ve ran with Cassie!)

    Could tell that I’ve only been to CFJ about 3 times in the past 2 wks, consistancy makes a difference!!!!!
