Monday – Friday at 5:00 AM (FULL on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
**Monday – Friday at 6:00 AM**
Tuesday and Thursday at 11:30 AM
Tuesday at 4:00 PM
**Monday & Wednesday at 4:45 PM**
Monday – Friday at 5:30 PM (FULL Monday – Friday)
**Monday – Friday at 6:15 PM (Tuesday and Thursday beginning 5/21)**
Monday – Friday at 7:00 PM
Saturday at 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM – OPEN TO EVERYONE FROM EVERY CLASS
Please remember the class times posted are the expected start times. The posted individual warm-up needs to be completed on your own within 5-10 minutes. We expect to start the instructor led pre-wod and workout within 10 minutes of class start time. You do not have to show up early, but please do your best not to show up late. **There will be a burpee penalty for being late. Any later than 10 minutes and you will not be allowed to join class.**





My husband and I are thinking about joining. I saw a student rate which is awesome! Is there a family plan too? We want to try the fundamentals class this Saturday. Hope to hear back from you!

i am in town for a few days and i was hoping to dropin for a WOD at 5:30 pm Thursday. I workout at Crossfit rutherford in murfreesboro normally, and i have heard great things about your affiliate through Rachel Gammen. I saw that your classes are closed but i hoping that you could slide me in if at all possible. Thanks. Brian Woulfe
