45# bar on both HPS &amp; PJ
I was dissappointed because I couldn&#039;t get the 65# snatch from the hang position.  I went all the way down to the 45# bar to work on form.  Nursing a little neck/shoulder issue and just playing it safe for a few days.  I did do about 5 reps each of power snatches and PJ with the 65# pre-wod.
