For those who are interested, we’ll be doing monthly challenges starting January 1st. It’s extra work that will be done everyday of the month, even if it’s your rest day, even if you can’t make it to the gym, even if you’re sore…and only if you want to.
January will be “row 2000 meters a day” everyday. Now I know you can’t come to the gym everyday to row, so the substitute for the days you aren’t at CFJ will be 100 burpees. Both things take about 10 minutes and burn tons of calories and well, suck to be quite honest. It seems fitting to assist with the body fat challenge also going on this month.
