Row 2000 meters or do 100 burpees everyday for the entire month.
The following month’s challenges will be more skill builder related, but this 10 minute extra work seems to be quite fitting for those who are interested in losing the most body fat in the challenge that’s going on!

rowed 300m pre FGB. During wod rowed approx 700m. rowed 1000m post FGB.
No row or burpee or ride or any extra today. Got a little infection I’m trying to fight off, don’t need the body over stressed.

As AM WOD, rode Jayson’s bike on trainer for 10 minutes on 2-7. Difficult today.
