    45# bar…don’t want to over do it on the arm just yet. It’s a little sore but not bad. Glad Jennie only had me do 45. Definitely don’t want to aggravate it again! I’m wore out! Glad it’s a rest day tomorrow for me. I hurt all over from Barbara. Even my ribcage hurts. =)
