25 GHD Sit-ups
25 Back Extensions
25 Knees to Elbows

    This morning we did the CrossFit 500
    5 RFT
    25 KB swings (35#)
    25 sit ups (I did 15 on the floor & 10 GHD each rd)
    25 back extensions
    25 K2E (on floor)

  4. Lucky for y’all we didn’t get the indoor wall ball targets up last weekend so you’ll be doing CrossFit 500 tonight instead of what’s posted!

    KBS with 30lb dumbbell
    SU on an incline bench
    good mornings
    kne on floor

    I got out of order in round 3 and did sit-ups before kb swings.
    All sit-ups were GHD except round 4 which were abmat.
    All back extensions were GHD.
    All K2E’s were hanging.

    Not my best time.
