30 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
30 Power Snatches, (75/50) (movement initiates with barbell below the knees)

    A shoulder muscle has frayed a little bit. Physical therapy and a shot. No surgery thou. God is good!

    Tried to go unbroken for round one. Was good to go on wallballs but could only get to 21 snatches. Went for absolute horsepower on this wod since the weight was light. I let my snatch form get sloppy in the last 2 rounds for the sake of intensity. Wallballs were all legit.
