CrossFit Games Open WOD 11.5

Complete as many rounds and reps in 20 minutes of:
145 pound Power clean, 5 reps
10 Toes to bar
15 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

    I had to do something to work the soreness for walking lunges out of my legs.

    OMG, my legs are so sore I’ve been having to take the elevator to get around my office. geez
    Poor, poor newbies…it’s no wonder most never come back!

    Laying Knees to Elbows

    40# barbell thrusters sub for wall balls

    6 rounds 1 clean

    Extra strength: 225# power shrugs 10 reps x 3

    5 10# DB HPC
    10 hanging leg lifts with slight kip
    15 air squats holding rack

    (laying k2e round 5)

    About 30 minutes later ran 800 non stop and rested 2 minutes and ran another 800 non stop.

    Quads are still VERY sore.

    This was not a good day…sinus headache or something like that and I gave blood again…
    5 rounds 5+10…65# cleans, real toes to bar, 15# wall ball. Everytime I stood up from something like the cleans and wall balls…I thought I was going to faint. I should have sit this one out. I thought it would help my headache…it didn’t. I think I’m done giving blood. I’ve decided I need all mine.
