    I did a WOD at home today due to work

    4 RFT (2 min. sprints on elliptical, 25 20#DB swings, 25 mountain climbers).

    Of course my new fancy timer I downloaded on my phone messed up but It was 13:13 min and all I had left to do was 25 DB swings and 25 mountain climbers.

    No shoulder pain or back pain from this wod, surprisingly.
    Found out after attempting 5 snatches Friday night that snatches are not good for me…back hurt bad all weekend.
